At firm foundation Early enrichment, we believe strong leadership helps create a stable, supportive environment where children can thrive. Our program director and operations manager Tyree, plays an important role in helping ensure that our program runs smoothly while supporting our mission of nurturing young learners.
Tyree brings valuable leadership and organizational experience from his role as a warehouse manager where he oversees daily operations, team coordination and problem solving in a fast paced environment. His background in management allows him to support the preschool with the business and operational side of the program, helping ensure that everything behind the scenes runs efficiently so that our classrooms can remain focused on what matters most, our children. 
Beyond his professional experience Tyree has a strong passion for serving others and investing in the community, he holds several leadership roles within his church where he teaches bible classes. Through these roles he has developed a heart for mentorship, guidance, and character development ; values that align closely with the mission of firm foundation.
family is extremely important to him, and he believes children flourish best in environments where they feel safe, supported and valued. While much of his work focuses on the operations and business side, you will occasionally see him interacting with the children, helping with activities, and supporting classroom experiences. His natural ability to connect with children and families makes him a wonderful part of the firm foundation community.
